Refund Policy

1. Free Plan free tier of RecoveryMailer involves no charge and is therefore not eligible for monetary refunds. 2. Paid Plans — Subscription : If you are on a recurring subscription plan: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds for the current billing period are available within 7 days of the charge if you have not sent any reminder emails during that period. Partial-period refunds are not issued after the 7-day window. 3. One-Time Campaign Purchases For one-time purchases of reminder email credits or campaigns: Before any emails are sent: Full refund available upon request. Partially used credits: Refunds are not available for credits or campaign budgets that have been partially used. Unused credits may be carried forward to a future campaign. Fully used campaigns: No refund is issued once all emails in a purchased campaign have been sent. 4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, email us at support@recoverymailer.com with: Your account email address Your order or invoice number The reason for your refund request We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. 5. Chargebacks We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are always happy to work with you directly to resolve billing concerns. 6. Exceptions RecoveryMailer reserves the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of abuse of this policy or violation of our Terms of Service. 7.
